Voortmann family recipe: Pumpkin Spice Fruit Dip
sliced apples with pumpkin dip 8 oz . Cream cheese
1 1/4 cup plain yogurt Stevia to liking
1 1/2 Tablespoon pumpkin spice blend (or to liking)
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Slice the apples, dip, and enjoy!
Easier version- Small Chiobani Vanilla Yogurt (5.3oz.), add Pumpkin spice or cinnamon to liking
Cut the cold weather chill and warm up with this healthy option
Hot Cocoa Alternative:
½ c half & half, ½ c. water, heated, about 1 tsp baking cocoa
And one ‘squeeze’/dropper of vanilla crème liquid stevia
